We want you to love your Scamp & Dude purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn and unwashed, and include your completed packing slip inside the parcel.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
